2005-2009 As an Active Duty shipboard stationed Photojournalist aboard USS Iwo Jima (LHD7) I specialized in photojournalism, international public outreach, aerial photography, ceremony coverage, uncontrolled action documentation, videography, non-linear editing, layout design, large format printing, and official portraits. While on duty, I was responsible for the photo lab, print shop, and the public affairs office. I was trained to be independently proficient in all aspects of each, operating autonomously and with no oversight when working conditions demanded.
